Get to Know the Expert: Dave Smith at Prime Archery

My name is Dave Smith, and I’ll be your guide in this section of the Ape Canyon site as you’ll find articles and videos presented by me and others in regards to hunting and bow tuning. If you’re just starting out, this will hopefully be a great resource for you in reducing the learning curve.

Who am I? First of all, I’m the National Sales Executive here at Ape Canyon. I also:

1. Have worked in Fire / EMS for over 20 years.
2. Owned my own archery shop for 12+ years.
3. Previously been the Pennsylvania Archery Shooters Association Indoor State Champion. 
4. Been chasing whitetails and other critters in Western PA since I was 13.

Any of the bow tuning stuff you find here will be under the “Bow Medic” moniker and it aims to be the cure for the common tune. Other articles will just be labeled under Hunting 101.
